About Us

Built by Educators, for Educators

Stackle was born from a simple observation: most learning remains invisible until the final assessment. Our team has spent over a decade in higher education, and we built Stackle to solve a problem we lived with every day — the gap between where learning happens and where it gets documented.

What We Believe

We believe learning deserves to be visible right where it happens. Not separated into a different system, not delayed until a formal assessment point, and not reduced to a checkbox at the end of a module. When students engage with content, that engagement should be captured in the moment — creating evidence that is authentic, timestamped, and impossible to fabricate after the fact.

This belief drives everything we build. Every feature, every integration, every design decision comes back to one question: does this make learning more visible where it already happens? If the answer is no, we don’t build it.

“Assessment authenticity comes from documenting the journey, not monitoring the endpoint.”

Built in Queensland, Trusted Across the World

Stackle started as a conversation between educators who were tired of watching learning disappear into the gap between content delivery and formal assessment. We built the first version to solve our own problem, and it turned out universities everywhere shared the same frustration.

Today, Stackle is trusted by institutions including the University of Melbourne, University of Newcastle, UNSW, the University of Sydney, and Vlerick Business School in Belgium. We remain a focused, founder-led team — which means every client gets direct access to the people who build the product.

Proudly supported by the Advance Queensland initiative and the Ignite Ideas Fund.
